Buyer beware with turbotax. I bought the 2003 deluxe version a couple weeks ago and guess what, they sell it before they have all the actual IRS info for 2003. so you have to download tons and tons of stuff, which if you are like me with a dial up conenction it's basically impossible. and they have for shit by way of customer service--I treid to call an 800# buried in the software to request a CDROM update, and get this, the number 800-624-8384 is automated and only has updates for 2001 and 2002, not 2003! I jsut spent an hour on hold ONLINE for their chat-support (cause they charge $20 per call to call their phone support) and all the idiot could tell me was that the IRS wont get final 2003 updates to them until late feb04--which I find totally unbelieveable
Tearing my hair out: TurboTax for Mac OS 8.6
I have finished my taxes, e-filed and everything, and have been trying to print out my returns all day. I get an error message, "Not enough memory to print" and then "Unknown system error". I went through all the steps on the TurboTax website, spent an hour with online tech support chat, and increased memory to TurboTax and my printer, and still I am getting the same error messages.
Does anyone have any idea what I can do????
If I re-install TurboTax, I am afraid I will lose my downloaded State tax software, and then I'll have to re-download it and pay for it again
